Are your products really clean?
Yes. No parabens. No synthetic dyes. No silicones. No synthetic fragrances. No microplastics. No mineral oils. Every ingredient earns its place. Or it's not in the formula.

Are they safe for young or sensitive skin?
Built for it. JunkFree Cosmetics is designed from the ground up for skin in its early years. Formulas are low-irritation, naturally derived, and gentle enough for sensitive skin.

Are our products vegan?
Yes. Vegan and cruelty-free. Always. Without exception.

Are our products tested on animals?
Never. We love animals too much for that.

Where are JunkFree products made?
On our beautiful Mediterranean island, Mallorca, created under the sun in a specialized atelier where handcraft and a clean, nature-led philosophy still matter. We do it the slow way: small batches, made by hand, with the kind of care that goes into every single drop. The island gives us ingredients you'll find nowhere else: citrus, almond, fig, herbs. Every batch is tested before it ships. No assembly line. Just precision, purity, and the very best this island has to give.

What's the shelf life?
12 months unopened. Once you've opened it, use within 6 months for the freshest result. We use natural preservation systems (no synthetic stabilizers), so the open-jar window is shorter than mass-market. But the formula stays cleaner.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship throughout the EU, UK, and Switzerland. International shipping outside the EU is rolling out. Drop your email below and we'll let you know when your country's live.

Choosing + using

How do I know which product is for me?
Start with a Beauty Box. Each one is a self-contained ritual. Lip Oil. Body Oil. Face Mask. Or the Best Friends Beauty Box (two large lip oil tubes, two small ones, two pouches, built for sharing). Once you know what works, the singles are there for refills.

Can I order single products without the box?
Yes. Once you've owned the box. We launch products in boxes first, singles become available for refill ordering once the box has shipped.

Can JunkFree Cosmetics be used together with other brands?
You can. We'd argue you don't need to. JunkFree Cosmetics is built to be a complete routine on its own. The whole point is less, but better.

Returns + the brand

What's your return policy?
14 days from delivery, as long as the hygiene seal (the heat-sealed band) is unbroken and the product is unused. Once the seal is opened, we cannot take the product back, for hygiene reasons and without exception. Email us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Damaged or wrong item? We sort it out, always.
